End-of-shift audits, graded by AI
Your operator snaps their station. Our model compares it to your reference library and annotates every deviation directly on the image. No app install, no training data needed — one reference photo per checkpoint is enough.
Used by ops teams across manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and retail.
Three steps from setup to enforcement
Reference-photo-first, not checklist-first. Your existing SOP becomes a visual standard the AI can grade against.
Define checkpoints
Walk the station once, snap each control point the way it should look at end of shift. Ten photos = ten graded checkpoints. No retraining, no data labelling.
Operators snap in the browser
End of shift: operators open a link on their phone, tap the camera icon, capture each checkpoint. No iOS/Android install, no SSO to configure for hourly workers.
AI grades, manager reviews
Each photo returns a score and bounding-boxed violations within 5 seconds. Disputes go through a manager-review queue; nothing is ever auto-penalised without human sign-off.
Twelve reference industries, one model
Every tile below is a real inspection result from our pipeline — no mockups. Click any industry to see the full AI annotation and finding detail.
Notifications where your team actually reads them
Every failed inspection surfaces in the dashboard in real time. Email alerts on demand today; integrations with Slack / MS Teams / webhooks on the near-term roadmap.
Built for regulated operations
Photo evidence trails, timestamped retention policies, and audit-ready log exports. We handle the data-handling paperwork so your compliance team can say yes faster.

Common questions from ops and compliance teams
Can't find your answer? Email [email protected].
How does the free trial work?
Two free layers. First, every new account gets 30 AI inspections free, no credit card required — enough for a few days of real-world pilot. Run them, see how the AI grades your actual stations, then decide. When you're ready to continue (or hit the 30 limit), you subscribe through Stripe Checkout — that starts a 14-day trial on your chosen plan (Starter 500 included, Pro 5,000 included). No charge during the 14 days; cancel anytime from the customer portal.
How are plans priced exactly?
Each plan has a flat monthly base and an included number of inspections — Starter $49 for 500/month, Pro $299 for 5,000/month. Everything over that is billed at the tier's overage rate ($0.15 on Starter, $0.10 on Pro). Usage is reported to Stripe in real time; you see the counter on your dashboard as it moves.
How does the AI handle edge cases — low light, clutter, novel objects?
The model is trained to ignore lighting/angle variance and only flag what's actually missing, added, or out of place relative to the reference photo. Each inspection surfaces bounding boxes on violations so the worker's manager can review the call before it counts as a real failure.
Can operators game it with yesterday's "good" photo?
No. Server reads the JPEG's EXIF DateTimeOriginal and rejects anything older than 10 minutes. Gallery-uploaded stale photos fail automatically — only fresh camera captures count. Every saved photo also gets a server-side UTC timestamp watermark.
Do we need to install anything on operator phones?
No app. Operators open a web link from the shift manager. Camera, upload, and result are all in the browser. iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and any modern desktop browser work.
How does authentication work today?
Email + password or Google OAuth. Every workspace owner invites members, sets per-role permissions (inspect, reports, admin, billing), and can remove access at any time. SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are on the Enterprise roadmap — not available today.
Where is my data stored?
Photos in a cloud object store with encryption at rest, metadata in managed Postgres. We don't yet offer region selection — one shared region for all customers. For specific data-residency requirements, contact Enterprise.
How long are photos kept?
Metadata (score, detections, timestamps) is kept indefinitely. Photo bytes are archived to metadata-only after 90 days on Starter and Pro — this keeps your audit trail forever while reducing storage cost. Longer retention is available on Enterprise.
Is there a DPA / processing agreement?
We prepare DPAs on Enterprise deals. Contact sales for details — standard clauses cover GDPR Article 28 responsibilities, sub-processor list, and breach-notification timelines.
What's the uptime target?
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on Starter/Pro today (best-effort, no credits). Enterprise contracts can include a 99.9% SLA with service credits — reach out if you need this codified.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Starter and Pro are month-to-month, no annual lock-in. Cancel or downgrade from the billing portal; you keep access through the end of the paid period. Enterprise contracts are typically 12 months but we've done 1-month pilots for compliance evaluation.
